Chef’s fish was a hit. She has such a diverse menu and we think we tried everything possible during the food tasting. She was very responsive and a true professional. The Plantain Crusted Mahi Mahi was by far the hit of the evening. Chef and her crew provided excellent service and there wasn’t one hiccup. Thank you so much Chef!
